Superiority of Public Technological Platform Policy in Innovation Promoting and Innovation Performance

摘要：

Public Technological Platform Policy is a important measure in innovation promoting, and it will be the direction of development in China because it integrates resource and facilitates cooperation. Refer to historical evolution of technological innovation policy in P.R.China, this paper analyses the superiority of public technological platform form three angles: way to support, time to innerve, risk averring, comparing other policy. And it also provides some advices on improving performance of public technological platform by the means of Alliance Network.
