Research on Legal System and Standard for Chinese Corporate Social Responsibility

摘要：

The corporate social responsibility fulfillment is no longer a voluntary strategy in business operation. On one hand, the laws and regulations makes it necessary for enterprises to build corporate social responsibility system; on the other hand, due to market pressure and the pressure of moral risk, corporate social responsibility standard is no longer truly voluntarily adopted. This paper reviews current landscape of legal system and standard for Chinese corporate social responsibility and identifies a number of issues, and thus puts forward corresponding suggestions.
