Study on Strategy Mode of Clustered Enterprises Cross-regions Development
In recent years, the enterprises in eastern coastal areas of China geographically have concentrated in some specific regions, which lead to cluster formation. In this paper, it defines the connotation of clustered enterprise crossregions development, and then it analyzes cluster effects, including the correlation effects, economies of scale, effects of competition and cooperation, effects of cluster brand. Based on the different function and role of enterprise in a new cluster, the strategic modes of clustered enterprises cross-regions development are classified into three types. They are single-core mode, multi-core mode and nuclear-free mode. It also analyses the characteristics and application of those strategic mode.
