The semantic validation of document format

摘要：

In this paper we pointed out. that in document validation the semantic validation was more important and difficult than syntax validation, based on the analysis of the three major document format standards (ODF, OOXML, and UOF).We made a systematic classification of the general semantic errors which could exist in office documents, and provided a method to take the process of semantic validation against UOF standard, according to which an validator was designed to validate the UOF documents in semantic.
