Research on Evaluation of Enterprise Knowledge Sharing Capability Based on GRNN

摘要：

Knowledge sharing is an important content of knowledge management The capability of knowledge sharing represents the level of enterprise knowledge management Therefore, it is vital to evaluate the capability of enterprise knowledge sharing. Based on the existing studies, the paper redesigns the indicator system of knowledge sharing evaluation in enterprises, and establish evaluation model of the capability of enterprise knowledge sharing based on GRNN, and then conducts is an empirical study.
