Dynamic Coalition Model and Algorithm for Sensor Resource Allocation Using Multi-sensor Cross-cueing
Its a hotspot and difficult problem that the continual and high probability detection of multiple targets. Firstly, this paper depicted the course of continal and high probability detection of targets based on dynamic coalition with multi-sensor crosscueing, and a new mathematic model with sensor cue probability was built to solve which sensors from a dynamic coalition for every target. Secondly, it described an improved discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm with mutation operator to efficiently solve sensor resource allocation. Finally, the simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the rationality of model and the effectiveness of algorithm which can achieve- the better performances than the algorithm without the mutation operator in aspects of the integrated detection probability, the total consumption and the total number of coalition members for all targets.
