The Functional Design of Web2.0-based Learning Supporting System for College English Instruction
How to take fuD advantage of IT as a cognitive tool for the foreign language learners is the top concern for College English teachers to deepen the reform on College English instruction. This paper firstly decodes the lacking of interactivity in the wide use of web 1.0-based learning supporting system for College English instruction. Then, with the new concept and technologies of Web 2.0, it provides a functional design of web 2.0-based learning supporting system for College English instruction. Such design attempts to gain an insight into the application of learning supporting system as a cognitive tool to improve English learning efficacy.
