Package of Technology Based on Bandwidth Detection Algorithm

摘要：

Packet Pair algorithm is used for detecting the bottleneck bandwidth in the network. This paper theoretically proves the Packet Pair algorithm and the simulation in the Network Simulation 2 also shows the algorithm is right.
