A Redeployment Strategy Based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle in Wireless Sensor Network
In reality, holes in large-scale sensor networks are exist due to various reasons, such as energy depletion and randomness deployment. These holes may degrade the detection performance of the entire sensor networks. Based on the probabilistic detection model with false alarm rate, this paper proposes a new redeployment method. A method of using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) was proposed for boundaries of holes detection. In particular, in this paper, the contour graph was used for redeploy the holes based on depth-first strategy. According to the simulation results, the proposed method can attain better coverage rate.
