Research on the Equipment Acquisition Information Service Management Based on ITIL

摘要：

According to the existed problems of IT infrastructure and applications in equipment acquisition, this paper describes the concept of equipment acquisition information management by using ITIL service management ideology, and provides the corresponding framework of the information service management system.
