Main Functions about Accounting Software

摘要：

We have introduced the main three system functions and data safety about accounting software. And we mainly studied the accounting datas input, such as the input of accounting vouchers and the input of original vouchers; we also have analyzed how to use accounting software, such as accounting, reconcile accounts with the bank, prepare statement automatically, settling accounts. At last, we have studied the output about counting data, such as the screen output function, print function, data storage and the safety of accounting data which are all provided by accounting software. What we have studied must be valuable to use accounting software.
