Research and Development of Automatic Screw-parameters Tester

摘要：

In this paper the entire process of screw-parameter inspection with vision technique is discussed; along with the proposal of new method of screw-parameter inspection; in special, the problem of measurement resolution is solved by sub-pixel theory.
