Integral Representation for the Partial Sum and Establishes Lerchs formula

摘要：

In this paper, we shall study application of integral representation for the partial sum of the Hurwitz Zeta Function, form above two asymptotic formula, relevant connection of the results obtained with those considered in many other works are also discussed.
