Timely Feedback and Rectification: a Basic Experience in Effective Instruction of China
Timely feedback and rectification is an important idea and basic experience in the effective teaching reform of China.The paper summarizes the basic experience of timely feedback and rectification, aiming at help improve teaching in China.Through the summary of the ideas and methods of operation of feedback and rectification in many effective teaching practices since Chinas reform and opening, we have found that the basic experience is that feedback and rectification must be in time, rectification must be carried out after the feedback, the feedback should be geared to the needs of all the students, pay attention to training students ability to perform feedback and rectification and should attach importance to the establishment of feedback-andrectification system between one class and another.
