摘要：

This paper hopes to persuade readers of any organizational setting on how to become accustomed to the information ecology to survive in knowledge competitive atmosphere.For that, main elements, information politics, information culture and information technology, bring prosperity for an organization.However, current organizational settings, ignore of the organization eco-system, are unable to find potentials for vital sustain of an organization because of neglecting the organization eco-system.
