Improving quality of education in private colleges based on the complaints and lovaltv of students
In this paper, the theory of customer satisfaction is implemented in analysis and improvement of the quality of teaching in private colleges.This research is carried out from the complaints and loyalty of students in such colleges.By analyzing the survey data from the graduated students in the area of complaints and loyalty, the author proposes five practical methods to improve the quality of teaching in private colleges in China.
