Exploration and Practical Study of Logistics Management CDIO Education Mode in the Independent Institute
CDIO is a new educational model of the current higher engineering education;its goal is to cultivate applied talents.The independent college is a new developing Institute in recent years, but the talents training model follows the traditional institute s model the major problems existing in our independent institute s talents training are the professional caliber stenosis, divorcing from engineering practice, neglect of practical link, and lack of c.iginecr-rypcd teachers and so on.Considering the problems above , combined the actual situation of logistics management talents training in independent institute .This article introduced the concept of CDTO engineering education, discussed the pattern and practice of education reform of independent institute logistics management on the CDIO educational idea, proposed the concrete measures of the teaching reform, the practice shows that the mode can achieve good results.
