Methods and Models for Acoustic Analysis

摘要：

Faced with individual differences and other distortions in speech, conventional models can not give a complete solution.This survey investigates lite recent trend of acoustic analysis of speech, mainly focusing on the pursuit of invariant representations.Researches in extra-linguistic information like prosody, rhythm, emotion are discussed.Limitations of conventional models are explained.Then, review of research about the structural representations and modulation spectrogram is given, both of which aimed at finding an invariant representation of speech.
