A Study on the Teaching of Chemical Specialized Experiments Based on the Employment Capability
Chemical specialized experiment teaching is an important step in training students comprehensive ability,but it didnt achieve the ideal effect.The reasons were as follows: the single teaching mode, the passive study of students, the single experiment testing, etc.With a sample of 57 chemical enterprises and 267 questionnaires, the paper studies employment capability of chemical students.An investigation and analysis data show: there are the four main employment capabilities of chemical students which are work attitude, teamwork, study ability and interpersonal communication.Finally, the paper establishes a professional teaching framework based on the employment capability of the chemical professional experiment, which is to make an experiment teaching plan with students, organize experiment teaching activities based on teamwork, strengthen communication in the experiment teaching process and evaluate the results of experiment based on capability.The reform of the chemical specialized experiment teaching can help students to promote their employment capability.
