Elite-oriented education is a historical form that has long existed before modern education transformed into something popular and universal for the masses. It was decided by the societys political background, economy structure, knowledge development and sense of worth.Modern society, based upon accumulated knowledge, is facing conflicts in economy and culture regarding current construction and deconstruction, Movie transfer is the most effective modern media for mass communication.The significance and crisis is increasingly prominent as its education systems focus shifts from the elites to the masses.
