VRML-based 3D Dynamic Interactive Circuit Lab
Aimed at the current bottlenecks of virtual reality: the low speed of rendering, browsing and lack of the interaction, a modeling method using software Vrmlpad was introduced to build a VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) scene of a three-dimensional (3D), dynamic, interactive virtual electric circuit lab on the Web.When building a model with various modeling nodes, simple models should be adopted as possible as one can, also should the simple images and elaborate images do.This should be done consist with its functions so that a lot of modeling time can be saved, the models can be simplified, and also virtual scene rendering time can be reduced.Routing, six Interpolator nodes, eight sensor nodes were used to achieve a lot of simple interactive operation and animation, JavaScript programming technique was used to achieve the interactive operation more profuse and lifelike.The results show that the virtual electric circuit lab looks like the real lab, and can be explored from different viewpoints with perfect interaction.
