An iris automatic acquisition algorithm
In order to realize the iris recognition technology commercialization and eliminate the drawbacks that iris acquisition process requires human intervention and external auxiliary things.This paper proposes a kind of automatic acquisition algorithm for realizing iris without assisted equipment.Firstly, using the flare detection algorithm based on the angular point to detect flare;then using iris localization algorithm on the basis of pre vote to locate the inner boundary localization;In the following, checking the image if it satisfied a Black White Black (BWB) model;Finally, storing the images that satisfied the evaluation results based on the Region Of Interest(ROI),AII the iris images obtained from streaming video and acquisition device by the proposed algorithm, can be used for reorganization based on 2-D Gabor.
