Profession Caliber and Development of University Teacher under Caliber Education Pattern

摘要：

Innovation caliber education is the main direction of high education innovation in our country.In this paper, professional quality constitutions of university teacher under the innovation caliber education pattern were described from knowledge, ability and occupational ethics three aspects, and the professional quality training and development approaches were analyzed.
