The development of HRD Discipline: Based on interdisciplinary perspective
As an important component of lifelong learning, Human resource development (HRD) as a discipline was birth in America, which focuses on the workplace learning. Human resource development (HRD) is an applied disciple in which emerges with the process of interdisciplinarity and maturation of human resource development practice.Based on interdisciplinarity perspective, the paper interprets the argument about the definition of boundary, theoretical foundation, paradigm and research method of HRD.Lastly, the paper discusses the role of interdisciplinarity in the generation of HRD theory framework.
