Development of Young Teachers Tacit Knowledge Under the Principle of Learning Organization

Using the learning organization characteristics of continuous, self-improvement, combined with the high participation and fully open sharing characteristics of Web2.0 tools, developing the tacit knowledge of young teachers, promoting update and circulation of knowledge, helping teachers to construct sustainable developments lifelong learning system.Under the principle of learning organization, the effective development of teachers tacit knowledge has practical significance in improving the teachers self-consciousness and initiative of post-career educations.
