The most central and ultimate point of the most vital problem of China, Issues Concerning Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers, lies in the land.The problem of land contract will affect directly the steadiness and the development of rural society.With regard to this problem, the state has announced relevant laws and policies.Only the complete realization and comprehension of these measures can the problem of land contract be solved better.
