Research of Framework of E-Government Portal System Based on Semantic Web

摘要：

This paper constructs a framework for collaborative government portal system based on semantic Web service, with detailed description of the framework model and in-depth analysis of the key technologies involved in the framework. Whats more, it also builds ontology conceptual model and analyses on the implementation steps of the system. Finally, through case comparison analysis this paper confirms the theoretical basis and the advantages of the system.
