In order to analyze ice historical material of Inner Mongolia .know formation laws of ice flood, timely and accurately forecast the occurrence and development of ice, the frozen period forecast model of Inner Mongolia is established with the principle of artificial neural network, Focusing on the BaYanGaoLe, SanHuHeKou and TouDaoGuai, the specific frozen period of river ice are forecasted. As a result, the manners provide theoretical support and technical parameters for improving ice disaster monitoring techniques and conditions forecast At the same time, the information offers more detailed support to decision maker.
