Study on the Effectiveness of the Open Access in Academic Resources of Institutional Repository

摘要：

OA movement has been already received the widespread attention from the international academic circle, the publishing circles, the libraries and so on. In it the construction of IR has the most prospective, and the growing is the most rapid. Take constructing of IR in Taiwan area, for example, this article focus on the effectiveness of OA in academic resources of IR through the ranking of the world of open access IR launched by the Spanish network metrology laboratory (Cybermetrics Lab) using IR in Taiwan area.
