The Curriculum Development of Food Service and Management Based on Systematic Working Process

The development of curriculum system based on systematic working process follows the process of Post(group) investigation analysis and research (including processional growth phase analysis)→work task decomposition→action in induction-learning areas conversion-learning situation design. Food Service and Management is the core course of hotel management major post, this thesis researches and develops food service and management learning fields professional post, work task, professional ability, learning content, learning circumstance, learning content design and organization, teaching process etc through systematic work process, especially develops the learning circumstance, teaching content and teaching process organization of food service and management learning field based on systematic work process.
