On the Security Program for Making the E-contract under Internet Environment

摘要：

Abstract With the rapid development of E-commerce, the e-contract is playing an increasingly important role. Its application changes the traditional operation and improves the service and efficiency. This article constructs a security program for making the E-contract, which is a system for the enterprise to transmit and manage the e-contract. The system makes use of the public key infrastructure, digital authentication, digital signature and data encryption, as well as watermarking and the client side with the exclusive document management, to guarantees the anti-counterfeit and the authorized management.
