Research and Development of Site Cluster Management System for Township Government
Currently, in Zaozhuang, most of township government websites have lagged behind severely in utilizing and managing information resource. In this paper, Site Cluster Management System (SCMS) for township government is researched and developed after full investigation of the township government websites in Zaozhuang City. Firstly, overview of development of SCMS is introduced. Secondly, requirement analysis of SCMS for township government is made. And then overall design and function design is proposed. We think that our SCMS may provide strong support for effective E-government and Ecommerce implement of township government.
