Research of Face Detection in Color Image Based on Skin Color

摘要：

A face detection method from coarse to fine matching based on color information is described in this paper. Firstly, face candidate regions are found by using the mixed skin model combined YCrCb model and normalized rgb model. Then the candidate region can be determined by using geometry character and mouth information. Experimental results show that the method is effective in many conditions including many faces, different scales and complex background.
