Rapid Fighters Modeling Method Based on General Design Feature
In order to improve the efficiency of modeling in conceptual design, the rapid fighters modeling method based on general design features in the open conceptual aircraft design system is studied. Components of aircraft shape are classified. The coordinates of fuselage-like and wing-like components are defined. The parameters of general design features are described. The design feature of basic layouts and inlets is induced. By applying basic layout projects, the rapid modeling of an advanced fighter is achieved and the process of the aircraft modeling is introduced. Finally, several instances are given to validate the effectiveness of the proposed methods, which form the bases for such further work as concept performance analysis and optimization.
