Detecting and Processing Synonym Chinese Tags in Social Tagging Systems

摘要：

More and more websites use social tagging systems to enhance the relationship of users and the website. Tags can not only help users to organize their resources in the natural way, but also be useful data resources for recommendation and retrieval. A key question of tags is the tag redundancy. In this paper, we focused on the Chinese synonym tags. We proposed the detecting and processing measure for Chinese synonym tags. We used the data collected from Douban.com for our experiments. The results show that our measure is effective.
