Design of Control System of Wheel Type Backhoe Loader Based on CAN Bus Technology

The control system of wheel type backhoe loader is designed by using CAN Bus technology. Firstly this paper introduces the features of CAN Bus technology, researches typical control system of engineering machinery based on CAN Bus technology, establishes the architecture of control system of wheel type backhoe loader by adopting CAN Bus technology, analyses the control principles and functions of loading work, excavating work and system failure alarms of wheel type backhoe loader, and then summarizes the features of control system of wheel type backhoe loader based on CAN Bus technology. Finally the applications of CAN Bus technology in the control system of wheel type backhoe loader are discussed in the paper. Therefore, the productivity of wheel type backhoe loader is greatly increased.
