Logistics Emergency Decision-making System Combining CBR and RBR

This paper designs and implements a intellectual emergency decision-making system for logistics emergency decision-making field combining case-based reasoning(CBR) and rule-based reasoning (RBR). It avoids the shortcomings of two reasoning methods used alone. This system designs combined mechanism of two reasoning methods. It describes formally emergency cases with frame representation methods and organizes emergency cases with stratified technology. It implements similarity algorithm and retrieval algorithm of CBR, and designs reasoning mechanism of RBR. Through the implementation of logistics emergency decision-making prototype system and empirical analysis of the case, the paper verifies the superiority of logistics emergency decision-making system combining CBR and RBR.
