An Analysis of Causes of Failures in Expanding for Private Enterprises in China
In the post-crisis era. the private economy in China was paid great attention by the government departments. In this paper, the reason why private enterprises in China at the early stage often faced failure on expanding was considered. The relevant literature showed that expanding for private enterprises was constrained by the capability system themselves. Based on the above view, the theoretical model of expanding for private enterprises under the capability system was constructed, and the reason why private enterprises faced failure on expanding was that the capability system have been ignored and a drastic strategy on expanding was designed. At the end, the expanding case of Giant was taken as a proper example for this paper, and the previous conclusions could be tested and completed practically.
