A Comprehensive Evaluation Approach for Operational Capability of Knowledge Process

摘要：

This paper focuses on the problem of evaluating operational capability of knowledge process. The criteria system is firstly been constructed. Then, considering the characteristics of criteria, a comprehensive evaluation approach is provided utilizing the LWD operator and LOWA operator. The proposed evaluation method can deal with the evaluation information in linguistic form. A numerical example is also provided to illustrate the application of proposed approach.
