Bottleneck Analysis and Countermeasure Exploration for the Residents Participation in the Visual Threshold of Community Management

摘要：

Through the meticulous analysis, the paper finds that: the interest comparison reason, participation method restriction, shortage of the community belonging sense, imperfect mechanism of the interest expression and mal-development of the residents social organization are the principle bottleneck of the participation of the community residents. For those reasons, the paper proposes the countermeasures including to strengthen the communization of the residents interest, enhance the initiative of the residents participation, improve the participation ability of the residents in the community; cultivate the community belonging sense of the residents, perfect the social organization of the residents in the whole community, make smooth for the interest expression channel; enhance the response degree of the community participation and improve the institutional participation sense, etc.
