Reengineering of the Knowledge- based Processes
The present article discusses the re- design of workflow with use of the concepts of the knowledge management. In other words, what is sought is optimization of workflow with reliance on organizational knowledge. We aim at finding avenues toward optimization of business processes with the available knowledge in the organizations and putting them in use in this direction. Therefore, we will present an algorithm that will analyze the current trend and model, and optimize the workflow. This algorithm will also have a particular reference to the discovery, attainment, development, sharing, using, maintaining and evaluating of workflow and the improvements resulted from their management Finally, a case study is used to validate the proposed algorithm.
