The Impact of Multinationals R&D in China on Host Enterprises Based on Empirical analysis from high-industrial in China
This article examines the short-run and long-run dynamics of the relationship of the effect of FDI innovation in China and domestic enterprises innovation for 19 high-tech manufacturing industries. We use panel error correction and panel autoregressive model estimated using a system Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) estimator to achieve this objective. Our results suggest only human capital channel can produce positive spillovers for domestic enterprise. In all. innovations of MNCs have negative effect on innovation of host country. Finally, this paper put forward some proposals.
