摘要：

The start publication of the magazine of Russia nonprofit organizations has played a special role in further standardization of Russia nonprofit organizations, which has scientific and reasonable configuration, such as Discussion Column for deep understanding, Reading column for questions and Post column for publishing legal documents. These columns also play leading role in standardizing activities of nonprofit organizations and accelerate the relevant policies deepening and implementation.
