Quality Control and Management on Banana Supply Chain

摘要：

With its focus on the banana supply chain, this paper analyzes the constitution and circulation pattern of the banana supply chain. Much emphasis is given to the quality control in the process of preplanling preparation and production of bananas, and potential hazard in the banana supply chain is evaluated. Finally, this paper analyzes the effectiveness of quality control of banana supply chain from the following 5 aspects: production place, harvest, packaging, transportation and ripening.
