Research On Progress Management of Construction Projects

摘要：

The progress plan of the project management has been the research focus in theory circle. A good project schedule could help completing the project on time with excellent quality, so as to bring the reputation and more profit to the company, otherwise the project will delay delivery or overspending, and the company may face penalties and even lose more customers. The critical chain project management is a new technology focusing on the project progress management, which has caused great concern in academics and the business community. This paper describes the critical chain project management at first, and then presents a heuristic algorithm for how to determine the critical chain; at last, the project control methods are analyzed.
