We should utilize the advantages of ports and bonded ports, enforce the linkage development strategy of ports, cities and industries, strengthen the economy of ports, found the development mechanism led by ports, propel building the transportation nets, quicken the mating of the county-industries, improve the layout of the industrial estates, strengthen the advantageous industries, raise the development level of agriculture, foster the new leading industries and propel the industrial transition and promotion in Qinzhou.
