The Study on Large-scale Construction Engineering Quality Risk Management

摘要：

The current project quality management mode in China and the existing problems are analyzed; A project quality management mode of risk innovation projects based on risk-oriented, constructing the risk management theory and engineering insurance theory. Based on the existing problems in the current engineering quality management mode, combined with the actual situation in our country, this paper established a the mode of innovation, and has a certain quality of the project risk management. Through the field application in a large project of new management model in the practical application of achieved is good effect.
