Perfection of the Legal System of the Sustainable Development of the Recycling Economy in Our Country
Since the construction of the legal system of the recycling economy in our country starts later and lacks of the sufficient practice basis and the mature legal experience, there is much shortage or problem in the design of the relevant legal systems which has created serious hindrance for the sustainable development of the recycling economy in our country. This paper analyses the major problems existed in the legal system of the recycling economy in our country and the necessity to perfect the legal system of the recycling economy. The purpose is to further perfect the legal system of the recycling economy and provide some reference for the sustainable development strategy of the recycling economy.
