Strategic Capability Systems Building and Evaluation of Power Grid Enterprises

摘要：

It is of vital importance for the development of enterprises to make scientific evaluation on strategic capabilities.This paper designs a building pattern of strategic capability aiming at power grid enterprises, proposes an integrated strategic capability evaluation system, and demonstrates its feasibility and practicality through case study, which provides the strategic capability evaluation of power grid enterprises with efficient methods.
