Water Immerging Automatic UT for Titanium and Titanium Alloy Plate

摘要：

To meet the requirement of water immerging automatic UT for titanium and titanium alloy plate,an automatic test system for plate is specially established. This system can realize the A scan and C scan test for titanium and titanium alloy plate with thickness 12mm to 70mm. According to the character of the system, self designed and manufactured the applicable reference block supporting rack for the automatic system; the test process for plate is determine by the test,and the corresponding test procedure is established as per the standard requirement.
